Dr Ajay Tripathi, Dr Shabbir Tejani & Dr Amal Lamlilass
At the heart of Novix Health is a leadership team built on years of friendship, professional collaboration and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care. Having worked closely together throughout their careers, Dr Ajay Tripathi, Dr Shabbir Tejani and Dr Amal Lamlilass founded Novix Health with a common vision: to provide accessible, personalised healthcare that combines clinical excellence with genuine continuity of care.
Together, they bring more than sixty years of combined experience across General Practice, hospital medicine and specialist clinical services. Their expertise spans Cardiology, Endocrinology, Diabetes, Renal Medicine, Dermatology, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Neurology, Women’s Health and Minor Surgery, enabling a truly comprehensive approach to patient care.
Alongside their clinical work, all three doctors are actively involved in training and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. With a shared philosophy centred on prevention, continuity and personalised care, they have created a service that places patients at the centre of every decision.
